We are working with a well-established facilities and engineering services provider who is looking to appoint an experienced Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to support service, maintenance and reactive works across a national commercial portfolio. This is a mobile role covering warehouses, offices and retail premises throughout the UK, working on a wide range of commercial and some domestic gas systems. The Role Service, maintain and fault-find on commercial heating systems including boilers, burners and warm air heaters Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns Complete Gas Safety Certificates and service documentation electronically Diagnose faults across various manufacturers equipment and rectify efficiently Install new heating and hot water systems when required Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for parts, warranties and technical support Provide high levels of customer service while representing the business professionally Participate in the on-call rota (nights and weekends paid at premium rates) Work away from home when required (accommodation provided) Essential Requirements Commercial Gas Safe Registered Valid UK driving licence Commercial gas qualifications (domestic desirable) Experience with air handling and ventilation systems IPAF and PASMA (essential due to high-level radiant heater work) Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work independently and as part of a team F
