The Role: Shift Supervisor Environmental Waste Sector Location: London, Staines Salary: £45k-£50k + benefits (5 day working pattern - day and night shifts available) The Company Our client, in the environmental sector, has an opportunity to join them at their recycling processing site as a Shift Supervisor in their production team. This is an opportunity to work in a strong and stable industry sector providing consistency, longevity and progression. The Role of a Shift Supervisor As Shift Supervisor you will supervise, motivate and co-ordinate the operational shift activities at our client s recycling processing plant. You will ensure the shift is an efficient, safe and a secure operation You will work with our Production Manager to ensure the shift produces the quality of material required. Supervise through team rotation occassional weekend activies. As Shift Supervisor you will work with our maintenance team who will support the shift. You will co-ordinate with traffic and product coming onto site to ensure production constant and efficient. • You will ensure that there is a positive Health and Safety culture.
