Hybrid working available. Responsibilities Delivering projects from feasibility to detailed design, tender, construction stages and client handover ranging from £100k to £5M. Responsible for managing time and quality of own designs. Undertaking design calculations using software and manual methods. liaising with other members of staff to produce designs. Preparing detailed design specifications and drawings for tender. Development of trainee staff. Working within a close-knit MandE Design team. Engaging with clients on a day-to-day basis. Co-ordinating with clients, architects, and project teams. Undertaking site visits, monitoring on site contractor installations, surveying existing installations. Good Knowledge of British and European standards, building regulations, HTM''s (preferable but not essential) Willing to attend o
