Job Title: Property Administrator

Location: NG1

Contract Details: Temp to Perm, Full Time, Mon-Fri

Pay: From -14 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee regular admin duties
  • Manage post and correspondence in the residents'' office
  • Ensure the office operates smoothly for residents
  • Maintain a welcoming environment for residents
  • Liasing with contractors for building maintenance

Desirable:

  • Experience in property administration or similar roles
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
