Salaried GP – OneMedical GroupLocation: Minehead Medical Centre, Minehead, Somerset. Also serving the local community with access to a central town hub and a welcoming, collaborative team. Salary up to £100,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Permanent, part-time or full-time opportunities available.We are seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to help ensure the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of services to our patients. The role offers 15-minute appointments with patient contacts capped at 25 per day, and access to recently refurbished facilities with additional ground-floor clinical rooms. We are a values-led team committed to high standards of care and to meeting the needs of our patients.Relocation support is available if applicable. NHS Pension Scheme enrolment is provided. A mix of telephone, face-to-face and home-visit appointmentsUnderstand the patient population to provide high-quality careUndertake both planned and urgent primary care as requiredProvide patient-focused, evidence-based practice to a high standardSupport the wider MDT to ensure patients with long-term or complex health conditions are cared for at the right time, by the right clinicianWhat we’re looking for

A General Practitioner registered with the GMC and on the GP Specialty RegisterAt least one year of post-CCT experience in primary or urgent careInclusion on the NHS Performers ListExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levelsStrong organisational skills and a proactive approach to clinical and operational responsibilitiesWhy join us?
