Science or Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant

to join their team

as soon as possible . This is a

full-time, long-term

position, working

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm , perfect for aspiring teachers or graduates interested in education, tutoring, or educational psychology.

Responsibilities

Support students in

Science and/or Maths

across Key Stages 3 and 4, both in class and in small-group interventions.

Assist teaching staff with lesson preparation, delivery, and differentiation.

Provide targeted support for students with additional learning needs (SEN, EAL, or low prior attainment).

Help maintain a focused and supportive learning environment in the classroom.

Build strong relationships with students, acting as a positive role model and academic mentor.

Gain insight into the teaching profession, with opportunities to observe and learn from experienced educators.

What We''re Looking For

A

recent graduate

with a degree in

Science, Maths , or a closely related subject.

A strong academic background and passion for education.

A confident communicator who can engage and motivate students.

A patient, proactive, and adaptable individual with a strong work ethic.

An interest in pursuing a career in teaching or education.

An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
