Our client is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE. Experience required for this Private Client Wills and Probate Solicitor vacancy:Taking client instructions and preparing Wills, LPAs and general Powers of Attorney, from straightforward to complex mattersManaging probate and estate administration files for High-Net-Worth Clients, including taxable estates requiring IHT400s and schedules, identifying and claiming relevant inheritance tax reliefs.
