Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire
Salary/Benefits: -25k - -35k + Training & Benefits

We are seeking a Water Hygiene Engineer for a privately-owned Water Hygiene / Legionella outfit. The company has a stronghold in the South West region and has recently won new client contracts. Applicants must have existing industry experience and a well-rounded skillset, which lends itself well to a variety of tasks. Ideally, applicants will have good access to the M5. Client contracts are based in: Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Cinderford, Lydney, Chepstow, Hereford, Evesham, Ledbury, Cirencester, Swindon, Thornbury, Yate, Portishead, Bristol, Keynsham, Bath, Clevedon, Chippenham, Calne, Worcester, Alcester, Stratford-upon-Avon, Witney.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- Experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer
- Ideally will have undertaken some remedials / plumbing duties
- It would support applications to hold plumbing qualifications, such as the NVQ Level 2 and / or G3 Unvented
- Good experience liaising with clients
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills

The Role:
- Working across a mix of commercial, public sector and local authority client sites
- Showerhead descales
- TMV servicing and installations
- Inspections, cleans & disinfections on CWST
- Deadleg removals
- Servicing of components, such as water softeners & ROs
- Water sampling
- Temperature monitoring
- Keeping accurate records of works undertaken
