It is based in Redditch and offers an alternative curriculum to students aged from 4 16 who have been permanently excluded from mainstream education due to social emotional mental health or behavioural needs.The Provision are looking for strong, experienced individuals who are resilient, friendly and flexible. People who have worked in backgrounds involving discipline, teamwork and experience of working with challenging behaviours such as the armed forces, the police and in prisons will likely do exceptionally well.The provision has an excellent reputation and is a great place to work; the staff are welcoming, friendly and supportive of one another.The ideal Social Emotional Mental Health Learning Mentor will have: A good knowledge of the national curriculumThe initiative, ability, and desire to deliver fun and engaging support in classThe ability to build good relationships with the staff and pupilsThe ability to deal with challenging behaviourThe ability
