Ongoing management includes compliance monitoring, lease renewals, rent reviews, mid-term inspections and arranging repairs in line with current legislation.Training and completion of the Propertymark Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management will be required.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Lettings Respond to enquiries and organise accompanied viewingsCollect applicant information in line with GDPR and process referencing through third-party providersGuide applicants through the move-in process from application to tenancy startPrepare tenancy and compliance documentationEnsure properties are ready for tenancy including organising repairs or cleaningCollec
