You''ll be overseeing a team of 20-30 staff and effectively planning the production schedule to make sure everything runs like clockwork.What You''ll Be Doing:Leading and supervising a team of 20-30 in a busy, regulated environment.Overseeing a number of industrial machinery processes, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality outputs.Planning and scheduling production activities with a methodical and proactive mindset.Monitoring equipment constraints, analyzing data, and solving problems before they escalate.Ensuring strict adherence to compliance and safety procedures.Communicating effectively across departments to keep everything on track.What We''re Looking For:Technical background - ideally from a regulated industry (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical, heavy engineering).Proven experience in production supervision or a similar role.Strong communication skills- you know how to manage up and keep everyone in the loop.A methodical and proactive approach to planning and problem-solving.Comfortable with data analysis and decision-making based on real-time information.If you want to talk more about the role, get in touch with Emma Bartholomew or Jonny Powell
