Role OverviewThey are looking to appoint a skilled and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor or Estimator with experience in passive fire protection. You will be responsible for tender preparation, cost planning, and commercial management across a portfolio of firestopping, fire door, and compartmentation projects. This is a key role within a growing commercial team, offering long-term career prospects. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender submissions for PFP works.Analyse technical drawings, specifications, and site surveys to develop accurate scopes of work.Source competitive supplier and subcontractor quotations.Liaise with site teams and clients throughout project delivery to ensure cost control and value optimisation.Produce and manage valuations, applications for payment, and variations.Maintain up-to-date commercial records and assist in monthly reporting.
