The Role You will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing technical support and troubleshooting for network and connectivity issues. You''ll manage support tickets from initial logging through to resolution or escalation, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to SLA targets. Key Responsibilities Manage and resolve support tickets via phone, email, and remote toolsPerform first-line diagnostics on network and connectivity issuesEscalate complex issues to senior engineers where requiredMonitor systems and respond to alerts (e.g. latency, outages)Maintain accurate documentation and update ticketing systemsCommunicate effectively with customers and third-party suppliers Skills and Experience Basic understanding of networking (WAN, VPNs, routing and switching)Familiarity with troubleshooting connectivity issuesExperience in a helpdesk or support environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritise workloads and work to SLAsExperience with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) is beneficial Desirable Knowledge of firewall platformsExposure to monitoring toolsIndustry certificati
