Multi-Skilled Maintenance EngineerA well-established international manufacturer and distributor is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its growing team.The business operates across multiple sites, including manufacturing and distribution facilities in the UK and overseas.Job OverviewThe UK manufacturing site operates a wide range of machinery and equipment, including mixers, mills, high-speed packing lines, blowing machines, laminators, and paper converting equipment.Due to increased activity, the company is looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to support ongoing operations. This role is key to ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of production equipment while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport installation of new equipment (mechanical assembly, compressed air systems, and racking)Carry out routine maintenance and coordinate repairsReduce equipment downtime and improve reliability and safetyImprove production output and implement preventative maintenance plansWork collaboratively with the engineering team to support operational goalsQualifications and ExperienceProven experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environmentExperience working with filling and mixing equipmentStrong fault-finding skills, including PLC/HMI systemsAbility to manage workload independentlyGood understanding of Health and Safety regulationsElectrical qualifications and a forklif
