Proactive Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a well-established food manufacturing business for a QA Technician to join their Quality team. 12 hour Days and Nights 06:00 - 18:00 / 18:00 - 06:00 The Role As a QA Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving product safety, legality, and quality across the site. You will be responsible for completing daily quality tasks, monitoring production activities, and supervising shifts from a quality perspective. Working closely with the Quality Manager, you will support quality systems, continuous improvement initiatives, and preparation for external audits. You will collaborate with all departments to ensure products and processes consistently meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. During periods of absence, you will provide cover for the Quality Manager, taking on leadership responsibilities to ensure the smooth continuation of quality operations.
