This role will involve travel and some overnight stays to all our homes which span from the South to the West Midlands.Reporting to the Head of Care and Quality you will provide support and advice to all team members in the Cinnamon group to achieve continued quality improvement in care and services to our residents. You will support the General Managers and the Head of Department teams in all matters relating to regulatory compliance.Building solid relationships and imparting knowledge with our teams enabling them to undertake their roles is essential for this roleKey Responsibilities: 1.
