You will act as a floor leader, setting an example in service standards, professionalism, and guest engagement. This hands-on role helps ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests while supporting the management team in supervising the front-of-house staff.You will oversee service during key shifts, help train and motivate team members, and act as a point of contact for both staff and guests. Your commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will help uphold the luxury identity and high standards of Mezzogiorno.We expect you to embody our core values of Heart, Head, and Hands—being Supportive, Connected, Refined, Caring, Genuine, Positive, Focused, Creative, and Entrepreneurial in everything you do.ABOUT YOU1–2 years in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role in a high-end or fine dining restaurant.Experience leading service and supporting a team in a luxury hospitality environment.Exposure to VIP service and guest engagement.Familiarity with POS and reservations systems.Awareness of sustainability practices within hospitality is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Confident in guest interaction and complaint handling.Attention to detail with a commitment to excellence.Calm, organized, and effective under pressure.Passionate about food, beverage, and exceptional service.Basic Food Safety and Health and Safety certifications required.First Aid and Fire Safety training is desirable.WSET or beverage knowledge advantageous.Supervisory or leadership training a plus.ABOUT CORINTHIACorinthia London combines contemporary flair with traditional grandeur.
