Senior Production Manager

to oversee and manage the production of our animated series and projects. As a Senior Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of production are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Main Responsibilities:Develop and maintain production schedules, tracking progress and ensuring milestones are met.

Monitor budgets and ensure that production costs stay within established parameters.

Manage the artistic and technical team and their needs, ensuring to meet project requirements.

Oversee resource allocation, ensuring the team has the necessary tools, talent, and assets to meet production goals.

Manage and coordinate the entire production pipeline, from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.

Work closely with department heads (animation, rigging, modeling, lighting, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across teams.

Identify and resolve production issues, troubleshooting problems as they arise to keep the project on track.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.

Ensure all departments adhere to the project’s artistic and technical standards while maintaining efficiency.

Report progress and status updates to senior management, keeping them informed on any potential risks or challenges.

Implement and refine best practices for project management and production workflows.
