Key Responsibilities:Deliver full-suite building surveying and contract administration services.Manage client relationships and ensure quality delivery across multiple projects.Lead pre- and post-contract project management duties using JCT/NEC contracts.Support junior surveyors and contribute to APC training and mentoring.Undertake professional services including due diligence, defect analysis, and condition surveys.Work with internal teams on frameworks, fee proposals, and pipeline development.What We''re Looking For:MRICS qualified with a degree in Building Surveying.Strong consultancy background with project and professional services experience.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Commercially aware and confident leading project delivery teams.Comfortable managing frameworks, fee proposals, and client reporting.Proficient in MS Office; awareness of BIM is benef
