This rewarding role will involve supporting either one pupil on a 1:1 basis or a small group of learners, depending on the needs of the school. You will play a key role in helping children stay engaged, build confidence, and reach their full potential within a positive learning environment, while also contributing positively to the wider school community through teamwork, school activities, and supporting the school''s inclusive ethos.

The role:

• Full-time, long-term Teaching Assistant position
• Immediate or September start available
• Supporting one pupil or small groups throughout the school day
• Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities and learning support
• Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement
• Helping to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (preferred)
• Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or be prepared to register
• Be able to provide two professional references
