Support Manager Bury Saint Edmunds 35,000 - 42,000 dependent on experience Our client is an international supplier of specialised training ammunition serving clients in multiple countries. The Support Manager will deliver administrative and technical support for customer and partner requirements. The role will be primarily office-based, with travel undertaken as required to support operational activities. The Role: +Team Coverage: Provide operational cover for the internal sales team during periods of absence to ensure continuity of sales activities and customer support. +Tender Administration: Assist with the preparation, completion, and submission of tender applications for international training ammunition contracts. Over time, assume full responsibility for managing and coordinating international tender submissions. +Customer Coordination: Act as a central point of contact between customers, the sales team, senior management, and the production department, representing customer requirements and supporting the negotiation of delivery schedules. +Sales and Visit Coordination: Support the organisation and coordination of partner and customer site visits, ensuring all internal arrangements are managed effectively so that visits run smoothly and create a positive and professional experience for visitors.
