Our client, an established London-based accountancy practice, is seeking a Personal Tax Manager to join their team.This is a hands-on role where you will manage a portfolio of clients, provide proactive personal tax advice, and work closely with senior management and junior team members to deliver high-quality service.Your responsibilities as the Personal Tax Manager will include: Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients end-to-end, including self-assessment, capital gains, and tax planning. Prepare and review tax returns, computations, and schedules. Provide clear, practical advice to clients, building strong, trusted relationships. Support, mentor, and guide junior team members. Liaise with HMRC and other stakeholders on client matters. Skills and Experience: ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent qualified. Proven experience in a personal tax role within an accountancy practice. Strong technical knowledge of UK personal taxation. Experience managing client relationships and supervising junior staff. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
