Accountant who has extensive commercial finance experience in a fast paced environment.As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to key business units, working closely with operational and commercial teams to drive financial performance and strategic outcomes. This is a high-impact role requiring strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and a proactive, problem-solving approach.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior operational and commercial stakeholders to provide financial insight and challenge to support performance improvement and value creation.Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes for your business areas.Prepare high-quality financial analysis, dashboards and commentary to support decision-making.Drive cost control, productivity and efficiency initiatives across care delivery operations.Support the development and appraisal of business cases, investment opportunities, and commercial initiatives.Monitor and report on key KPIs and performance metrics, highlighting risks and opportunities.Provide ad-hoc financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic projects.Contribute to continuous improvement in reporting, processes and systems across the finance function.RequirementsQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).Proven experience in a commercial finance or finance business partnering role.Strong financial modelling, analysis and Excel skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to influence and challenge non-finance stakeholders.Highly organised, proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and to tight deadlines.
