This is a new role, created through growth and the company predicts a further 50% growth in the next 3 years.The Role of Senior Marketing ManagerAs Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the marketing strategy and execution for half of the company''s large scale global conferences.80% of your role will be focused on the management, development and performance of 2-3 conference Senior/Marketing Executives (ranging in experience from a few years up to 6). Your team members will be responsible for marketing between 4 and 9 conferences per year eachAs well as overseeing the marketing output of your team, the remaining 20% of your role would be focused on marketing 2 of your own launch conferencesThe main focus of you and your team will be to achieve targeted delegate numbers for your marketing output.
