Customer Service and Sales Advisor

Our client has got a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service and Saes Advisor to join their team and help their customers solve their car troubles!Our client is looking for someone with proven experience in a telephone sales or customer service role.To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials: A minimum of 1-2 years experience within a customer services/sales role witing the motor industryExcellent internal and external communicationProficient in MS OfficeAttention to detailExcellent telephone manner Within this position, you ll also be: Managing inbound and outbound callsSpotting opportunities to upsell products and services for maximising salesHandling live chat enquiries online with confidenceProviding accurate information to customers, whether over the phone or in personUpdating customer records and our internal database as neededCreating invoices, proformas, and credit notesGenerating courier labels for outbound and inbound deliveriesLiaising effectively with our internal technical teamActing as the vital link between customers and technical staff Salary and Working Hours Salary is £30,000 per annumWorking hours are Monday Friday, 9am 5.30pm (Office based)24 days holiday plus 8 bank holidaysTeam building outingsDevelopment and training opportunities Talk Staff Recruitment is an established division of Talk Staff Group and works with companies throughout the East Midlands and UK
