Current annual revenues exceed £20M and employee numbers exceed 200. ROD has an office in Otley near Leeds and two offices in Dublin. There are 12 shareholders of ROD, all of whom are full-time employees of the company.The office in Otley was established in 2019 and a separate operating company, Roughan and O''Donovan UK Ltd, was incorporated in 2018. There are currently 19 people working in the Otley office with a plan to increase this over the coming years. Current UK projects the team are involved in are:A5 Western Transport Corridor ECI, A6 Dungiven to Drumahoe DandB, Clyde Waterfront and Renfrew Riverside Bridge, A47 Harfrey''s Roundabout and Herring Bridge and Approaches, Great Yarmouth and Cross Tay Link Road.
