Proactive Personnel are working with a large manufacturer based in Ellesmere Port, to recruit an experienced Machine Operator for a temp to perm position within a friendly team. Hours and Pay: 4 on 4 off, 2 days 2 nights 12 hour shifts 17.50 per hour, with opportunity to earn more through overtime Permanent role after a 12 week temporary probation Immediate start, following successful interview The successful candidate will: Have strong experience operating heavy machinery within a fast paced environment Have worked in a similar production setting Be reliable and hardworking, and driven to hit KPIs as a team Be competent within a heavy manufacturing environment Work well as part of a team
