Assistant Lettings Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day lettings operations, ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and company processes
Support and supervise team members, providing guidance and helping to maintain high performance standards
Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth property management and customer satisfaction
Assist with onboarding and training new staff members
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all legal and company requirements are met
Predominantly office based in our St Clements office with occasional external appointments
About You:
Previous experience in lettings is essential
Sound knowledge of current lettings legislation and processes
Proven supervisory or staff management experience
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
