About the role: As an Assistant Team Manager, you''ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional pension administration services across a portfolio of Defined Benefits of Defined Contributions Pension Schemes. You''ll manage day-to-day client relationships, oversee workflow and quality, and provide leadership and support to a talented team of Pension Administrators. You''ll act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring service excellence and compliance, while helping to mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential.
