The business specialises in heritage restorations, new builds, offices, care homes, and schools, they deliver high-quality projects across Kent and Southeast London, with values ranging from £50,000 to £2 million. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for tender preparation, pricing and risk assessment, working closely with directors, consultants and site teams to secure profitable and well-structured projects.
