This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a fulfilling role with excellent prospects. You will support the growth of our portfolio of tax clients and develop the team while taking advantage of hybrid working (office, home, or client site) to balance flexibility with delivering exceptional client service. Working with the Senior Management Team (SMT), you will influence the development of the practice and have People Management and Business Development responsibilities.Day to Day responsibilities include working with the management team to recruit, develop, and coach the tax team; building strong relationships with a broad portfolio of tax clients to offer a quality trusted advisor service; and building/retaining a network of local contacts to aid business development.Responsibilities
