Key Responsibilities:

• Provide endpoint and desktop support, ensuring end users and devices are well managed and issues are resolved with root cause in mind.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), managing identity, authentication, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access policies.
• Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Windows Autopilot.
• Support and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, Exchange Online, and M365 Admin Centre.
• Manage Windows infrastructure including DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), WSUS, and domain environments.
• Maintain network printer support and management across sites.
• Uphold security best practices, utilising Microsoft Defender and promoting a security-first culture through user education and awareness.
• Support virtual workload optimisation across a blended on-prem and private cloud infrastructure.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years'' experience in a similar IT Support or Infrastructure Engineer role.
• Strong infrastructure background with cloud experience - not purely cloud or MSP-focused.
• Proficiency across Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender, M365, Autopilot, Exchange Online, and Teams administration.
• Solid understanding of Windows infrastructure, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and WSUS.
• Awareness of common Entra challenges including sync delays, authentication issues, and licensing limitations.
• Broad knowledge spanning networking, security, performance, and cloud.
• Self-driven, inquisitive, and passionate about technology with the ability to talk confidently about areas of genuine interest.
• Committed to delivering correct, long-term solutions rather than reactive fixes.
