OverviewOffice Administrator required to provide administrative support to the Office Manager, Operations Manager and Quality Assurance Manager.

Responsibilities

General support to the Operations Manager

General support to the Office Manager

General support to the Quality Assurance Manager

General Administration

Reception and phone cover

Meet and Greet visitors

Arranging catering

Meeting room preparation

Assist with events (charity and seasonal)

Administration of the Archiving procedure

Skills and Experience

NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (desirable, but not essential)

Internal QMS Auditing (desirable, but not essential)

The Applicant Should Also Be Able To Demonstrate

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Attention to detail

Good team player with a proactive, collaborative approach

Excellent customer service skills and ability to build a strong rapport at all levels across the business

Microsoft Office applications
