We are currently recruiting for a client of ours who is in need of a Fire Door Estimator for projects based across the UK.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate cost estimates for fire door installation, maintenance, and remedial worksReview drawings, specifications, and survey reports to determine project scopeCarry out take-offs and price materials, labour, and associated costsLiaise with surveyors, suppliers, and clients to obtain pricing informationAssess fire door compliance requirements in line with UK regulations and standardsPrepare and submit quotations and tender documentation within deadlinesStay up to date with fire safety legislation and industry best practicesRequirements / Experience:Proven experience estimating fire door works or passive fire protection projectsStrong knowledge of fire door regulations and compliance requirementsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsExperience preparing tenders, quotations, and cost breakdownsFull UK driving licenseStrong attention to detail and commercial awarenessBlue CSCS card in Carpentry and Joinery or Fire Stopping preferredFIRAS, BM TRADA, or FDA qualifications desirableIf interested please get in touch with Jonny on (phone number removed) for more information.Cavendish (Recruitment) Professionals Ltd are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and we believe that inclusivity begins with the candidate experience.
