The OpportunityYou''ll advise on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters, including:- Drafting and negotiating industry standard contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC)- Advising on consultant appointments, collateral warranties, bonds and guarantees- Supporting clients throughout project delivery, from contract negotiation to completion- Playing a key role in business development and mentoring junior team members- This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 3 years'' PQE and a solid foundation in non-contentious construction law who is ready to take the next step in a highly supportive, values-led environment. The Ideal Candidate- Minimum 3 years'' post-qualification experience in construction (non-contentious)- Confident dealing with standard form contracts and bespoke agreements- Excell
