About The Role: The Forecastle is accommodation based service funded by the local authority to deliver housing related support for 18 customers with low to medium support needs. The three Rough Sleepers Accommodation Programme (RSAP) service are designed to help people who have experienced homelessness to find stable, long-term homes and identify goals to promote accessing employment. The Assistant Team leader is expected to responsible for service delivery service at The Forecastle and be the lead with service delivery of the RSAP service.
