By leading and managing a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.Through supporting and guiding the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development.Through building strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and their learning is supported.What a Room Leader needs

Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.Excellent understanding of EYFS.Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.Leadership experience desirable.Apply
