The Role Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring site-wide compliance with regulatory and customer standards. Your role will include: Leading audit readiness for both customer and third-party visits (announced and unannounced). Conducting gap analyses on updated codes of practice and implementing required changes via updated procedures and risk assessments. Collaborating with internal auditors and driving the reduction of non-conformances through continuous improvement. Spending a minimum of 70% of your time in the factory, ensuring compliance is embedded in daily operations. The Person To succeed in this role, you ll bring: A solid background in food manufacturing or technical compliance. A proactive, hands-on approach with strong communication and leadership skills.
