Your new company A successful, fast-growing, privately owned company that is based in Aberdare, which will hold stock and deliver to their customers across the UK Your new roleReporting to the business owner, you will run the Warehouse and Logistics function, initially with 5/6 staff in the Warehouse, 30 drivers and 6 customer service staff, and likely to expand from there. The successful candidate will work with the owner to enhance best practices and proven processes, ensuring the highest levels of customer service. What you''ll need to succeed You will have previous experience in a similar role, running a small or medium-sized Distribution Centre, or in a Shift Leadership position within a larger site, but ready to take on a more autonomous role. You will be familiar with best practices in the Warehouse, including unloading containers, stock control, Health and Safety, picking and despatch. Ideally, you will also have experience managing drivers and fleet (no CPC required but familiarity with maintaining service schedules etc is useful).
