Job Title: Packaging Production Operative Location: Basildon, SS14 Shifts: Monday - Friday Hours: 7.30am - 4.30pm Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour Employment Type: Temporary role HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for Production Operatives to work in a well-established packaging manufacturer based in Basildon SS14 area. Role Responsibilities Operate and monitor production line machinery.Assist in the transition of production processes (e.g., moving from metal to paper caps).Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.Respond promptly to operational signals, including factory bell alerts for returning to the production line after breaks.Follow instructions from team leaders and supervisors to meet daily production targets.Adhere to all health and safety guidelines. Candidate Requirements Strong English language skills (spoken and written).Previous factory or production experience is beneficial but not essential.Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
