Project Engineer 60,000 + Benefits Package Deeside Days Only (Mon-Fri)gap technical are proud to be representing this global manufacturing business in their search for a Project Engineer to work at their facility based near DeesidePerformance ObjectivesReview project objectives and define full scope of work, complete Specification requirements for tender submission.Complete fair tender process for project proposal and complete TandCs, manage contract negotiations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare the project Capital Submission CAF, manage the budget and timeline for project implementation.Prepare project timeline, manage cross functional stakeholders, plan appropriate window with the Operations Manager, Engineering, Hygiene, Technical etc.Manage project risks, including schedule, and project conflicts.Approve designs, ensuring compliance with PUWER, DSEAR, Food Safety standards.Review and approve RAMS before commencement of work onsite.Complete training to manage work onsite, issuing permits to work, managing high risk activities in accordance with legislation and company policies.Prepare and complete CDM health and safety project file.Induct contractors and manage health and safety whilst work undertaken onsite. Complete HandS audits. Undertake site EHS audits of the area.Conducting regular project reviews and status updates to stakeholders.
