My client is a UK Top 50 firm who are offering the chance to join a dynamic and growing Commercial Dispute Resolution team handling high-profile Insolvency and Restructuring work. The position will see you handling both contentious and non-contentious matters, with significant advisory work as a senior member as you work with clients including insolvency practitioners, corporate entities, directors, shareholders, and individuals. Essential Criteria

Excellent knowledge of insolvency and restructuring law

Ability to handle a wide range of clients and cases

Experience in administrations, receiverships, voluntary liquidations, compulsory liquidation, directors\'' duties, and bankruptcy

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Experience in supervising and supporting junior team members
