We are currently recruiting for an experienced Welder / Fabricator on behalf of a well-established company based near Tetbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid welding and fabrication experience, particularly with a MIG welding bias, looking for a long-term role within a supportive and skilled team. Key Responsibilities: MIG welding and general fabrication of metal components Working from technical drawings and job specifications Using a range of tools and workshop machinery Ensuring quality and accuracy in all work Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times Requirements: Proven experience in welding and fabrication (MIG essential) Ability to read and work from technical drawings Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic Own transport due to rural location (not accessible by public transport) What s on Offer: Up to £15.50 per hour depending on experience Permanent position after a successful probation period Full-time hours, Monday to Friday Friendly and supportive working environment Benefits include; Private pension Private health care Higher than average number of paid annual leave days Flexi time Friendly and supportive management team The successful candidate should possess the following: 1+ years experience of welding A good work ethic and good attention to detail The ability to work to tight deadlines All interviewees will be expected to undertake a test weld prior to starting.
