Reporting in to the head of Technical you will manage technical coordinators ensuring all aspects on projects are up to standard and within deadlines. You will continue to manage and improve design quality and mange the pre construction health and safety meeting. This would really suit someone looking for their first Technical Manager role who someone who is already time served with a strong housing background. You must be able to oversee all architectural and engineering aspects whilst running multiple sites.
