The Role: As Credit Controller, you''ll take ownership of the credit control function, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You''ll be a key part of the finance team, helping to manage cash flow and reduce aged debt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers

• Resolving queries and disputes promptly and professionally

• Allocating payments and reconciling accounts

• Preparing reports for management on aged debt and collection performance

• Working closely with internal departments to resolve account issues

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience in a credit control role

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts
