Mental Health Support Worker Location - Lincoln £12.21 per hour Role Description Mental Health Support Worker Gray Healthcare are recruiting a new team of mental health support workers within the Lincoln area to support a young lady in her 20''s who has a diagnosis of EUPD and Sensory Processing Disorder, who be living independently in her own home receiving 1:1 support 24 hours a day. The lady we will be supporting is looking for individuals with a good sense of humour, someone who isn t too serious! She has a keen interest in Dancing and has recently taken up swimming lessons as a new hobby. The person we support also has a keen interest in looking into voluntary work as she has recently been volunteering at cat café, meow! She will be supported by a female team on mixed shifts of days and waking nights. Mental Health Support Worker Required Skills and Experience Social care experience, ideally within mental health and with some experience of supporting individuals with EUPD. Experience providing encouragement to a person with complex health needs and Learning Disabilities. Experience supporting individuals with behaviours which may be considered challenging. Experience implementing detailed care plans and risk assessments. You must have current Right to Work in the UK and have been employed in the UK for at least 6 months.
