About the Client Account Manager role: The successful candidate will be responsible for building new relationships and developing existing relationships with clients, producing specifications relating to mixed tenure new build developments, and planned refurbishments schemes, and managing social housing refurbishment programmes. The key responsibilities of their Client Account Manager will include: Working closely with clients (such as housing associations, councils, BTR providers etc.) within the Social Housing market to create specifications for mixed tenure new build schemes to help meet clients budgets.
