Are you confident, adaptable, and skilled in managing classroom behaviour£ We are looking for a committed Cover Supervisor to join a secondary school in Iver for an immediate start.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced supervisors who want to gain hands-on experience in a school setting while making a real difference in studentsandrsquo; education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay focused and productive
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain control of the classroom using strong behaviour management techniques
• Foster a positive and respectful learning environment
• Adhere to school policies on safeguarding, behaviour, and health andamp; safety
• Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student engagement and progress

• Experience working with young people (e.g. education, coaching, mentoring)
• Excellent behaviour management skills and confidence in handling challenging situations
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
