My client a large global financial services brand is looking for an experienced Operational Resilience Process Mapping and Testing on a initial contract basis. The role is Hybrid based in the London office and Inside IR35.The purpose of the role is as follows:Support the Operational Resilience team in developing and maintaining a healthy, scalable and reliable process catalogue related to our Important Business Services across the five core pillars that make up the service - technology, third parties, people, property and data/informationUnderstand the business requirements and drivers to transform them into meaningful processes that reflects the actual business processWork alongside teams across the business to constantly measure, review and standardise documented process mapsEnsure integrity and quality is maintained through the change lifecycle of the mapping repositoryProactively work with business subject matter experts (SMEs) to review and action feedback provided regarding changes to processProven ability to work in a team and collaborate with multiple internal teams that are involved in the end-to-end processTrack workflows and monitor deadlines to ensure individual process maps are signed off and approved within expected timeframesMonitor monthly schedules and escalate overdue business approvals which are not received by expected due datesDefine and build on reporting requirements and implement data / MI for Operational Resilience processes to ensure owners have a cl
