This role partners with Clinical Operations, study teams, CROs, and investigational sites to coordinate transport, customs, and vendor activities in support of patient treatment schedules.Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end cell journey logistics (transport, customs, couriers, brokers)Maintain chain of custody and chain of identity documentationCollaborate with study teams, CROs, and site personnelTrack logistics data using internal systems and vendor platformsSupport study meetings and provide training as neededManage multiple studies and priorities effectively Qualifications 2+ years of clinical or logistics experience, or relevant Bachelor''s/Master''s degreeStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication skillsFamiliarity with biologic material transport regulations (IATA, DOT, etc.) preferredExperience with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office preferred
